Eucharist
The Eucharist is the source and summit of our Catholic faith. When you receive Jesus in the Eucharist, you receive his body, blood, soul and divinity. God is touching your hand, your tongue, your heart. He courses through your body, blood, soul and humanity. The greatest prayer of the Church is Mass. Try to go to daily Mass, especially during Lent.
